Segments

  • Supernal in-studio set debrief 36:13–38:21
The transcript opens mid-show after the band's in-studio performance; the hosts praise the acoustic set's peppy energy and joke about one participant missing the band's arrival after stopping to help someone on the side of the road. They note the band normally plays electric, admire that the band tours with an RV and trailer, and encourage listeners to support them as they head toward the Minnesota State Fair. The host says the band's upcoming album is coming out soon.
  • Next week's guest JJ and the planking craze 38:22–41:03
The hosts preview next week's guest, a local hip-hop artist called JJ who was photographed planking across the band Saved on Sunday, then riff at length on the planking craze — defining it, name-checking Justin Bieber and a goal-celebrating soccer player, and recounting a news story of a man arrested for planking on a police car. The talk ends with a joking plan for a planking contest.
  • Secular or Solomon game 41:04–56:22
The hosts play their recurring game: one reads a proverb and the others must say whether it is a secular proverb (with country of origin) or from Solomon's Proverbs. Rounds include Proverbs 10:23, 10:17, 10:26, and 10:18, with misses on secular entries from Brazil, Ireland, Norway, and Slovenia. The game sparks a sidebar on reading Proverbs in the English Standard Version instead of on NIV autopilot, a group unpacking of what 'like vinegar to the teeth' means for a sluggard, and a tangent about a haunted pub, the Rams Head Inn, near Stonehenge.
  • Dear LFTP: Karen and the mother's ring 56:23–1:02:19
A Dear LFTP listener asks whether she was wrong to tell her friend Karen she has no right to wear a pawn-shop mother's ring because she is not a mother. The hosts unanimously side with Karen: a ring is an object whose meaning the wearer assigns, illustrated with analogies to wedding rings, a father's Air Force ring, and 'world's best dad' shirts. The 'Secular' persona's answer, signed Dear Ring of Truth, agrees with Karen and scolds the writer for dragging others into the dispute.
  • Dear LFTP: the $2,000 eyelid-surgery promise 1:02:19–1:16:25
A man who cohabited with Maria for two years asks whether he owes her the $2,000 he offered toward her eyelid surgery now that she has left him for someone else. The hosts debate keep-your-word theology at length: one retells the Gibeonites' treaty in Joshua 9, another cites Jephthah's vow, and they argue whether 'let your yes be yes' binds a promise made in sin. The Secular answer says the offer ended when she replaced him and suggests she arrange her own financing.
  • Dear LFTP: grandmother who puts grandpa down 1:16:25–1:20:25
A grandchild asks whether to privately confront a grandmother who constantly puts her grandfather of fifty-plus years down in front of the family. The hosts say no: long-married couples often bicker publicly as their normal mode, illustrated with a neighbor-couple anecdote about Wayne, Louise, and an Agent Orange versus Agent Green argument, and advise intervening only if grandpa signals he is hurt. The Secular answer concurs that the marriage's longevity suggests the dynamic works for them.
  • Wrap-up: recaps, previews, and sign-off 1:20:27–1:28:35
The host recaps Supernal's studio visit with directions to find them via the show's Facebook likes and Reverbnation. Next week brings rapper JJ ('Plank Man') plus a 'vices' discussion covering drinking and smoking — what is permissible versus what is beneficial. The hosts also preview singer Jess Anderson's pre-release CD 'Not What I Thought' and single 'Fireflies', give updates on Saved on Sunday and Syndrome of Fire, promote upcoming Spirit Midwest clips, and sign off.

That's way better of a deal. Yeah. I said that wrong. Awesome. That's an awesome deal. I'm gonna be that. Yeah. How can you go, no, I don't really want that. I'm into it. I love it. I love you. I love you too. No. I really do. Alright, Daniel. You like me? We're having a moment. You really like me? Don't leave me. Alright. Alright. Just because the band's gone, nothing Can we play the song? Let's just play it over. Let's play the first album. They were really good. Let's go. They were great. I mean, they guys were awesome. It just kinda

it's just this It's peppy. Happy sound. It's electric. Oh, no. It was more acoustic. Actually, and here's the deal. Like, so they said they, they normally do play electric and I, I bet the show is great. I would love to see that. I really dug on the energy of this acoustic dealer now. I thought it was great. Oh my gosh. Where where were they playing? I mean, know they're they're like headed out now, but where were they? They said They were at the Ritual Cafe. Which was probably acoustic. Yeah. Don't They do anything full blown here? I don't know. We need to set them up. They should.

Need to talk to them. I'd to know, like, their full deal. What is the feel of a regular concert? You know that traveling around with an RV and Jazz? That's pretty good. They're big time. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, if I was gonna take a band out, I would, like, sleep under bridges and get in the back of a station wagon. So I'm pretty impressed that they have an RV and a separate vehicle pulling a trailer. Yeah. That that means they're in operation. They got something they're doing something right. Yeah. So Dave, they're heading your way. They're gonna beat the the Minnesota State Fair. Doing. That's coming up. David says the quality on the downloads off Facebook pretty solid too. Okay. Sweet. Check And it that album's coming out pretty soon? Yep. Damn. What's the album called? I don't know. It'll be one more band that I think can put a lot of credit back to life in the path when they really skyrocket. Love it. Yeah. And I got to meet them.

Yeah, they remember you as the creepy guy outside. Hey, I'm sorry. I had to stop and help somebody on the side of the road. That's not me kidding. I'm being serious. I'm wondering how that had anything to do with the hallway and creepy. Well, because I couldn't like just sit here and hang you out the whole time. That was obviously Gotcha. Not here when they got here. Would've been less creepy for me to just sit out there and kind of rock out to the song. That's the truth of it. Yeah. He tells he speaks the truth. Finally. Anyway. Anyway, that was Supernal. Make sure you go check them out. Provide some support for those for those folks. We we should follow them at the Minnesota. I got half a ticket. I

have to take a guess. How big a car is it? It's Monte Carlo. I can pay four. Oh. That'll get us to Mesa City. Maybe the Boondocks. I got the Boondocks. Let's do this.

What? I don't think we Oh, okay. We'll talk about this later. Alright. Oh, I I I just just really excited. Get that get the whole thing put together. That's, that's what's important. Who do we got we got some more musical guests coming up this month, don't we? Yeah. So actually so j j is gonna be in next week. He is a, he's a hip hop artist. Is he the guy that planked on Yeah.

He was, he was laying across the Saved on Sunday dudes, planking. I wasn't sure how to, he the picture is on our Facebook page, but, I didn't know how to I didn't know who he was. So I couldn't What

is it? What is the planking in? Planking that where they like lay just plank yourself across random stuff? Exactly. You lay like a plank. What's the craze of that? I don't see the It's different. I it is a craze. You get to do crazy things. Yeah. You get to lay down straight on a place that you wouldn't normally lay down. Breaking out because celebrities are doing it. It's automatically a craze. The celebrities are planking? I get I heard some on the radio about like Justin Bieber planking, and then

there was a soccer player who kicked a goal, and then ran and slid into the ground, and then sat there and planked on the soccer field in front of National. I've never heard of such a stupid thing about The guy like ran and just laid there and planked as he slid on Oh, it's a game winning goal. He's planking.

And he's planking. It's sweeping the nation. Everybody plank now. Who comes up with this stuff? You don't want some kid who doesn't do nothing. It was somebody who fell asleep. Yeah. They're like, oh, what's that? Oh, he's planking. Tim, you supposed be doing your homework. Oh, he's planking. Sorry about that. That's not good. That's ridiculous. Did you guys hear about the person that planked on the back of a cop car? I heard about that. Then got in trouble for it. They did not appreciate it. Yeah. They were like, it was a news story about how planking is sweeping the nation, but be careful when planking. And it showed a picture of a guy on the back of a police car planking. And doing it like on the police car. Why can't you do that? Or people will do it in the middle of a busy road busier. Or lay on them for that matter. They make some pretty stupid places. Yeah, but why can't you do it? I mean, we we as citizens bought the police car. You didn't buy the whole thing. You didn't ask me whether you could lay a plank on my portion. Can I? No. If I get, like, 10 people to agree to it, can I Sure? Plank your shirt on the

Sure. Sounds like an old dude. You keep trying to get me to plank. You know, we I should plank. We should have a planking show. You you wanna have a plank a a plank contest?

I got an idea. I will hold you up over my head. And now Let's not play America's fastest growing game show. Secular or Sullivan? You baby play.

What? You've done it. Unbeknownst to you, you've secretly walked into America's fastest growing Internet game show,

Secular or Solomon. As they say on the Facebook, woop woop. Is that what they say on the Facebook? There is no such a thing as the Facebook. It's just Facebook.

Take your newfangled ways, and you keep them to yourself, Plankston. Okay. Chat, are you ready? Are you ready for Secular Solomon?

Wait a minute. Okay. Sorry. I would I'm only roughly paying attention. Here we go. Alright. So to remind you to remind you of the format of the the premise of the game, I will give you a proverb. You need to tell me whether whether it is a secular proverb or whether it's from Solomon or or biblical.

Also, if it is secular, I need the country of origin. Ready? Yep. Yes. Here we go. I'm ready. Secular versus Solomon. A wise man learns at the fool's expense. A wise man learns at the fool's expense. Secular or Solomon? Troy.

I say secular Danish. From the Danes? Secular. Mike.

I'm also gonna go secular. Secular? I'm gonna Clear in my throat. Change my answer to Solomon. Solomon, Old Testament.

Mike says Solomon. Dan, secular Solomon. I I I think I will say Solomon. K? Dan says Solomon. The answer is secular Oh.

Brazil. Boy, there's one kind of close to that. Secular Brazil. A wise man learns at the fool's expense. You really let me straight in. Number two.

Good luck, Troy. You don't know the Bible. Congratulations. I win. Great. Okay.

Moving on. Alright. Alright. Chat, you ready? Here we go. Number two. You could only take out of a bag what was already in it. You could only take out of a bag what was already in it. Secular or Solomon?

Give a dozen. Give a dozen. Dan first. I'm gonna go with the secular, and it just sounds Indonesian.

The Indonesians deal with baggery. Mike. I'm also I'm also gonna go with secular and I that sounds like Canadian proverb to me. The Canadian. The Canucks. They're pretty wise. Or do Do Canadians have proverb? Forget it. I will also go secular, and I say

Finnish. The Fins sticking with the North Central America. You can only take out of a bag what was already in it. Secular. Colonel Sanders.

Brazil. Number two for Brazil. Where'd you go to? Doubleproverbsbrazil.com? Doublesecular.

Actually, got there I'm not looking. There is a website where there's, like, hundreds of proverbs and it breaks them down by country. That's where I get them. Nice. So if you wanted to cheat, you gotta find that website. Yeah. That's true. North Central America. And then memorize it or print It's not the Finns.

North Central Europe. Sorry. Central, Northern Central Europe. You've been planked. Mind plank. Go ahead, the next one. They're mocking me. Alright. Here we go. I'll I'll monitor the mocking. Alright.

Doing wrong is like a joke, is like a joke to a fool, but wisdom is pleasure to a man of understanding. Doing wrong is like a joke to a fool, but wisdom is pleasure to a man of understanding. Secular or Solomon, Mike? Solomon,

Daniel. I'm gonna go, secular, and I'm going to say that, it is from Australia.

Australians and. Spangledanger. I say secular. Brazil. Brazil.

Doing wrong is like a joke to a fool, but wisdom is pleasure to a man of understanding. Proverbs ten twenty three. What's so

funny, Daniel? I'm I'm distracted. I'm bleeding profusely. Somehow. I like that shirt, Dan. What? Okay. That that is not profusely. It's For for me, it is. It's it's healthy. I must have scratched something I was running. It's like Probably when I was dancing. Yeah. And you're not doing well. You should come into my church on Sunday. But

you need a chocolate to Actually, you should know my Jesus. I'd start with the book of Proverbs. Ten twenty three to be exact. There we go. Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray.

Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray, secular or Solomon. Troy, is that a phone call from Jesus? Googledinger. That Googledinger? Really? Is that Jesus on the Is that is that Jesus talking? I think they're trying to distract me. Or your buddy? The Houston Romstein. I

say secular. China. Chinese. They don't even permit Bibles in there. It's Shineasy.

Jingle. Go ahead, Dan. I'm going to go with Solomon. Solomon? Mike? Actually, I'm also gonna go with Solomon on this one. Solomon. Wait a minute. Well, actually actually, I might agree with Dan. Actually. Maybe I should change my mind. Maybe I should do Why enjoy it when Dan goes first? Yeah. I'm not doing well tonight. Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life. Life of the path, I don't But he who rejects reproof leads others astray.

Proverbs ten seventeen. Hello, world. I'm your best friend, Truel English dinger. Hey. Hey. Here

we go. Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to those who send him. Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to those who send him. Secular or Solomon. I'm gonna lean that I don't quite understand that proverb, so I'm gonna say Solomon. I'm going with Solomon. Damn. Wow.

It sounds Solomon isk, but I'm gonna go with secular with the Aztecs.

There's sluggards in the Aztec kingdom. That's why they are distinct. I think they would have gotten killed. Things can't get built from sluggards. Just saying. Totally. That's why they gave up the calendar. The sluggard was in charge. Hey. Hold on. I'll speak for Troy. Secular? Taiwan. Normally, I think I'm a lot quicker than that first off. Second off. Secular. You heard that second? And I say

Japan. Japan. No. I say Botswanian. The Botswanese. The chat says Solomon because he likes sluggards. He likes sluggards. Whoever heeds instructions Proverbs six. Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to those who send him Proverbs ten twenty six. Vinegar to the teeth?

English Standard Version. Oh, see, I haven't read it. I have not read Proverbs in the English Standard Version. I have all these NIV memories. Oh, I gotta do this. Dad, you should come to my church on Sunday. Pastor recently switched over to English standard version, and he could really help you. I really love the fact that you're dancing. I have being needed to yell back about this stuff. I have to actually read every text and actually think about it, as opposed to just kind of mindlessly blah blah blah blah and reading this for twenty five years. Is that what you're saying? That's what all of us are doing? No. I'm just saying I love the fact that I switched versions of the Bible because I have to think. I love it. I was on autopilot for Jesus for you.

Jesus is my copilot. Biblegateway.com. Just kinda went to it. Alright. Here we go. All sins cast long shadows.

Oh oh, Actually, hold on. Let's go back to that. So, Mike, what does that mean? Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to those who send him. What is vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes? I assume a detriment? Irritating? Bad things. No one likes to take vinegar to the face. So a sluggard is irritating to those who send him. Who sends a sluggard for what? Because you don't want him around. It's an irritation. You send him out to, yeah. Send him to other people. Hey, sluggard. Go visit Dan's house. Ugh. There's nothing worse when you try to get something done and there's a sluggard in the way. Yeah.

Think it was the sluggard and those who send him. I mean, I think it's No. To those who send him. So is the sluggard to those who send Right. It's the guys that are sending him. They're sending him away because he's I don't sending think they're sending They him them away. They're sending him somewhere, and he's a sluggard, and it's taking a long time to get there. How is that like smoking to the eye? Well, could that could be. I don't know. I could see that. It's irritating because you sent somebody somewhere and they're taking forever to do Yeah. What it takes you take it in the context of being a specific journey when it's basically No. Dave agrees. The chat agrees with that one. I don't. I'm sorry? He sends you with your reputation. Hey, I'm sending sluggard boy to do the job. Look at the biblical, the biblical, context of sent. It's not generally for like a specific errand

as the chat would, would encourage. Him who sent me. I still agree. It's like a it's like a a purpose. A purposeful calling is what sent is normally used for. Yeah, exactly. The guy was going on a purposeful calling, and it's taking a long time. He's still the I I'm with Lugenhofer on this one. That's that's a All sins cast stick. All sins all sins

cast long shadows. All sins cast long shadows. Secular or Solomon Dan. Secular

and Egypt. You sound so unsure of yourself. No. I was just trying to think of who has, like, sundials and stuff. I'm gonna go with

It's the shadows that gave it away. If you have a sundial, your proverbs contain shadows. Solomon didn't believe in sundials. He just knew. He was wise. He didn't he didn't stay in under the sun. Look at the sun. It's 02:00. Alright, Mike. All sins cast long shadows. Solomon. Solomon.

I say secular and ancient ancient Britain. Ancient? Ancient Britain? We're talking about shadows being cast. I'm talking about shadows. 1480.

We're talking about shadows being cast. In in Ireland? No. No. It's in England. It's in England. They didn't have Shadows back then. What's the There's not a city, but there's In Brighton? No. Stonehenge is outside of a city right around like 10 miles away from the closest city. Cause I know that because the closest city has the Rams Head Inn in it. And the Rams Head Inn is the most haunted place in all of, Do you believe in haunting? No. It's it's Hey. I believe in haunting. But there was a pub there. There was a pub that I went to, It's ley lines. Oh, where was it? Anyway, they there was a hand, a severed hand they found. They were remodeling the place in, like, the nineteen fifties, and they found a severed hand with a playing card still in the fingers,

like, where the guy had been cheating. What? Yeah. They were yeah. That's what it is. All all would be left were the bone. It was under the floorboards. Yeah. It was tucked in there. Oh. Playing cards and fingers. It was well preserved. Alright. Ridiculous. All sins cast long shadows. I will take Ancient Britain as a correct answer. It is from Ireland,

secular. Part of part of Ancient Britain. Great Britain area. What was the answer? Ireland, secular. That's what I said, Ireland. Pretty sure you said Solomon. I think you were the only one who said Solomon. Dan claimed Egypt. They do shadows in Egypt. It sounded Egyptian.

They're kinda shadowy characters. Here we go. Speak the truth, but leave immediately after. Speak the truth, but leave That's a quote from immediately after. That's a quote from a famous celebrity.

Secular or Solomon? Ed Sullivan said that. Ed Sullivan did not say that. Los Angeles. Secular. Dan?

Secular Navajo. The Indians still in this country. Native Americans. Go ahead, Troy. Go with Secular. Secular.

And I go from New Zealand. New Zealand. Speak the truth, but leave immediately after. Ben Franklin is not at the place, Big Ron. Slovenia.

Slovenia. There there Slovenia. An actor is known for saying that. He stole it from the Slovaks. I know he didn't. He did. You gonna look it up, and it's gonna be some guy who said it a hundred and thirty years after the verse Slovenian. Speak the truth and Except for the Slovaks? Leave immediately after. The Slovaks are slow from Slovakia, not Slovenia. No. Slovenia

is a is a is a group. Slovenia is not a separate country. Oh, I didn't know that. It's the Slavs. The the South Slavs, the Czech Republic, and that same general area. Czechoslovakia? That that's 50%. Croats and Slovenes.

Whatever. Here we go. I don't know about that. In every woman, there is a queen. Speak to the queen, and the queen will answer. In every woman, there is a queen. Speak to the queen, and the queen will answer. Mike.

I'm going back to constitutional monarchies. Mike. What? Speak to queen. I got it. And every woman there is a queen, speak to the queen, and the queen will answer. Secular

and, Tanzania. Dig it. Tanzania. Okay. Secular,

Britain. Dan? Care to follow-up Troy's own original guess? I as well will go secular. K.

And That's Tray Slovene. Man. Man, I'm pretty sure that's Japan. Japanese. Chairman's to queens. In every woman there is a queen

Mexico. What? What's that? A Byzantine. Anyway, in every woman there is a queen, speak to the queen, and the queen will answer, secular,

Oprah. Oprah. No. Norway. Norway. Okay. So far, you said Mexican, Oprah, and Norway. Which one is it? Somebody guessed my Somebody guessed Mexi. It's Norway. Norway's right. Here we go. Final. The wise of heart will receive commandments, but a babbling fool will come to ruin.

The wise of heart will receive commandments, but a babbling fool will come to ruin. Secular or Solomon? Solomon. Dance on it. Solomon. Solomon.

I'll go Solomon on one. The wise of heart will receive commandments, but a babbling fool will come to ruin. Solomon ten eighteen. Now for America's best You have just listened to show.

Secular or Solomon? Sec was that was I supposed to say it too?

Was it a deal? No. That's it. It's done rocking for a Solomon. Man, people gonna tell you're eating when you're talking to the microphone like that. Really? Can they see it? Pretty gross. I hope not. I certainly that. Snacking. I'm not really eating. It's different. Six Delicious. And two. That's not bad. Wait. I did 10.

Where are the other two? Undecided? Math man. Come on, the con. Little popcorn action. Okay. What are the boxes? Okay. Go ahead, Mike. So we've had some we've had some people, write in,

with some questions for us. What do they wanna know? Here's the first one. This is a real humdinger. A real who's or what's it. I'm ready. Okay. Do it. My best friend Troy planks all the time. Refuses He looks like a sluggard when he does it. Why do they care? And he reads secular proverb books day and night. And he keeps telling me to call me queen.

Okay. A friend recently purchased a mother's ring from a pawn shop. When Karen told me about it, I told her she didn't have the right to wear one because she's not a mother. I discussed it with some other friends, and they agreed with me. But Karen says I overreacted and that everyone is on her side. Karen says it's just a ring with different colored stones, and she has every right to wear it if she wants to. The women who agree with me say a mother's ring is set with very birthstones to commemorate the birth of a child born in a certain month, and that's why Karen has no right to wear it. Karen says I'm crazy and need a therapist. She's ending our ten year friendship because I will not agree with her. Am I right or wrong? I

can't hold out. This devil heartbeat has no has no reason to be interjecting yourself with this conversation. It's a ring. Yeah. It's a figurative thing that you give it whatever meaning it has. It's like it's like walking around and going, you're not the world's best dad.

We can't wear that. Saw that t shirt. Or I mean like, okay, let's say someone sees a wedding ring they really like at a pawn shop and they purchase it. I mean, really does it matter? If if they're not married, it's telling the world I'm not available. So whether they really are or not is any of my business that they're wearing a wedding It only has significance because of the ceremony attached to it. I offend Exactly. If I offend anyone by wearing my father's wedding ring, apologize. But I think that's absolutely ridiculous. I think you should just leave it alone. Are you wearing it? No, I'm not wearing it right now. Oh. I I wear my dad's air force ring, and I have never been in the air force. Yeah, I seldom wear it, but I just have it, It only fits on my pinky. It's ridiculous. But I'm not married and I still wear it. Yeah. I think that it's it's yeah.

Yeah. Because the worst thing you're communicating with wearing a mother's ring, being a mother is you're telling people I'm a mother. I didn't even know there was such a thing. There is. Is. My mom had one. She had a mother's bracelet. They're specific. No. They are. No, listen to that. You, especially you, Dan, Johnny King of the consumers,

who's afraid that everyone's trying to sell you stuff, they take a bracelet, they put a birthstone from your kid in it, and they call it a mother's bracelet. That's a specific Like, it's only it's it's valuable, and it only has the meaning that you give to it. Well, that's a good object, and that's all it is. That's like me getting a sweet pair of socks for my for my wife and saying And saying they're your ceremonial They're wedding my sweetheart socks. They're the socks I got for my sweetheart. They're special because she gave them to me. No. No. No. They have they have the stones for the for the children, and the month they're born in, they're very significant because you choose the stone for that purpose. My my wife, Cheryl's grandmother,

was one of 12 children. Okay. She used to have her mother's mother's ring that she would wear after her mother had passed away. She had 12 ring or twelve twelve stones in her her ring. This is it was a monster ring. She wore it with 12 rings. There's 15 examples of a mother's ring on here. Yeah, there is. There's none not one of them look the same. They all look different. Single Yeah. No. It it's it's exactly that. Madison Avenue was making a a a mint off this stupid idea.

It's all it's an object that all it gets Sorry. What's wrong with you? I had to take the headphones off Where you get those sunglasses out of a serial Those are children's sunglasses. Or you stole them. You can't wear those. Guy go get glasses. I always feel like somebody's watching me

and I got no privacy. Anyway, no. It's it's You do not know the words, Dan? I have no clue. You just kinda went I wanted to be a part of this. Okay? I really stepped out on a limb and really wanted to be part of this.

Oh, man. It's like I wanted to be that memory. I'm sorry, Dan. I'm sorry, Dan. What was that again? I didn't quite catch the new lyrics to that want

to feed in. I'm gonna write dear to life in the past. I like to sing. I have a right to hunt too. Nobody appreciates my dick. Yeah. That's absolutely ridiculous. Alright, so let's see here. The long and short of this conversation is, is that her friend Karen is ridiculous. Yeah. I mean absolutely ridiculous. I agree she doesn't need to see that therapist. That's reasonable to me. If she's so Why is she so offended? Yeah, if she's so serious about just a materialistic thing, that, oh, you don't have the right to wear that ring. That's ridiculous. It's like Who cares? She saw a ring she liked and she bought it. It's got gemstones. It's pretty. It's favorite colors. What's the difference between like an engagement ring and a wedding ring? I have no idea. I couldn't tell you. Oh, there's the second band you put on the wedding ring that I didn't The engagement ring's the big rock and then the, the band goes on for that. I guess I don't even know. Wow. I don't even know. I just, I, And the women's.

I assumed the salesman would tell me when I went there and bought it. Haven't gotten married yet? No, didn't. That's the answer. What, so what it Oh. You wanna hear what, sec what Secular said? Yeah. Secular says, Dear Ring of Truth, a ring with multicolored stones is not a military metal. There are no laws or official rules governing who may or may not wear one. You go secular. Shame on you for trying to take the pleasure out of her purchase, and that you would drag others into your disagreement with Karen is disappointing and puzzling.

That that tells you that that she has a relationship problem with her, so she's looking for something to not like her about and and she found something. I saw that dish soap you were using. Yeah. That's right. That's offensive. That's the same reason people usually leave the church is they have a relationship problem with someone and they look for excuses and they finally find something. That's ridiculous. Right. Happens. That's true. You don't do real wine here, so I'm leaving. I finally found it. Yeah. Okay. Dear, live from the path. Maria and I lived together for two years. She wanted eyelid surgery, but couldn't afford to pay

I'm sorry. What is eyelid surgery? Like a lipstick? Keep it in check. I'm sorry. She wanted eyelid surgery, but couldn't afford to pay $5,000 I offered to give her 2,000 A few months ago, Maria told me she didn't love me anymore. She now has a new boyfriend. She called me yesterday evening asking for the money I said I'd give her for the surgery. Do I owe her this money? She's the one who ended it. I told her to ask her new boyfriend to pay for it, but she claims I need to keep my word.

Well, he didn't say anything about Actually, I don't know about that. Like You don't know about that. I No. No. Number one. No. I I'm Yeah. I don't think that he owes her any. No. Hold on. You're playing house with someone you're not married to. So you've already lost every all the argument. Number two, it's vanity. It's not necessary. Or the insurance will take care of it.

Number three. Wait a minute, our morality is judged by what the insurance company will cover? That's pretty weird, Daniel. I'm sorry, who said that? Solomon! When

he was visiting China. I'm sorry, dad. Go ahead. He he owes her nothing. I mean, he he got everything he wanted out of her. That's why they were living together in the first place without a commitment, and he gave no commitment to her. She has no commitment to him. They're just sex buddies. They got done with it. He doesn't owe her anything.

Other than his life. Since they're married. According to the Lord. That's right. Ben? No. It's no. There's no no absolutely no way. Absolutely no way that she that he owes her that money. I don't think I'd offered to pay $2,000 for either. That's true. True. Check out this example. Right? So,

in the for the nation of Israel, when God sent them to cross over and said, look, I'll give you this land. Right? So they crossed the Jordan. And then, who is it that fooled them? The Gideonites? Somebody fooled them, and said, I'll make an agreement with you, because we're from a faraway land. They made their stuff with Haggard and whatever. With the J? Yeah. So so they come up Yeah yeah, J. That's good enough for me. Tony, Lord loves Jay. Go ahead. So so whatever. The Jay folks. Midianites. Yeah. Jay. They come they come over, and they say they they they get some moldy bread, and they rough themselves up a little bit, and they come up to the this tribe of the Israelites and say, look, man. We'd like to make a treaty with you. We're from a a long ways away. It's a lie. But they without verifying this very well, the guy guy goes, yeah, let's let's do this treaty fine. And then finds out that they're one of the tribes that they're supposed to have tossed out. Now they made that treaty before the Lord, and they had to keep it. They couldn't throw them out. They had had because they made a promise to God for it. Now God was upset with them for having not ousted people they were supposed to oust, and for making stupid decisions like that, but they had to keep it because they made that promise to the Lord. How is this any different? You made a promise that somebody said that you would do it.

Just because it wasn't a good idea, we'll let your yes be yes or no be no. Uh-huh. Is there a difference between him saying I'm gonna do it and I promise? Hello. Lord, you don't have me on semantics on this deal. Depends on what your definition of the word is, is.

I'm saying that it's it's junky for him to have to pay for that. However, depending on how firm he gave that The the whole relationship is based on something false anyway. They're Well, living together, they're not married. Excuse me. Excuse me. The guys that were not from far away claimed to be from far away. False. It was all based on a false relationship. Lord, they had to keep it.

So you said no. You don't have to give them $2, now you're trying to flip it like, yes, he does. I'm trying to make sure that I, my reaction is not, contrabiblical. Well, first of all, he's not in a biblical situation.

The, the, the, whole relationship between the Israel rights and this other tribe are based upon a lie. But Israel was in a they were already honoring God. I mean, there's nothing to suggest this guy honors God at all anyway. He's not in So it's better that the Israelites who are supposed to have been honoring God made a co made a commitment outside of God's teaching, that's better than this guy dishonoring his his his agreement? I I'm I guess I'm saying, who really cares if he honors his commitment? He doesn't have a commitment to Christ. It's not going well for him. He needs to, first of all, get to get with Jesus,

get his life in order, and then can worry about all the other stuff. I would talk her out of the island surgery. Now hold on a minute. It's ridiculous. That's obviously that you could start every answer to the people that write into Dear Abby with, are you right with Jesus? Then I will deal with your problem. Exactly. Who Bring your bring your problems to me. First, get with Jesus, then take your problems to Jesus. You know what? 99% of the time when people come to me with an issue, that's the problem. They're not with Jesus. If you get right with Jesus you'll start living right, you won't have half these problems. If he wasn't living with a girl, then he wouldn't have the problem he's in right now because he was with Jesus. Or if he got married with her, then it would be a whole different girl, a whole different situation because then they're already committed. They're committed for life. And, and actually,

in all, in all, practicality, you know, if he was honoring and serving, the woman he was, he was taking care of anyway, she wouldn't think she needs eyelid surgery.

What? I don't know about that. Maybe she has a funky lid. Now, she has unless she was born with kind of birth defect, which insurance would then cover. She makes it morally correct. If she he was honoring his his, person, he'd marry her. It's probably throwing that one in there. Specific advice, question about how to handle this situation. Let me okay. Let me ask you this. What if she had said what they what if they they're married. What if they're married and said, look, I'll I wanna I wanna get this eyelid surgery. And he says, oh, we'll we'll put two thousand. And then, three years later, she says, okay. I think I'm ready to do this. And he says, you know, we just can't do it.

That's not a problem. He said we would do it. Why can't they do it? Yeah. Depends on why. Is it because a lot of people not entertained? He just doesn't why he doesn't think it's a good or necessary anymore. Stop. I'm ignoring it. I'm ignoring it. He said he said he just doesn't he doesn't think it's worth the money anymore. He don't wanna do it. Are you okay to renege on that?

I yeah. I no. No. Here's the thing. I wouldn't give the money. I think that's ridiculous. And because Titus two says you don't have to? You said you would though. Now you're gonna now you're gonna renege on us?

God says that we're gonna be judged for every mouth every word that we utter, And you think this one's gonna pass? I said, I'd do something that I didn't get your yes. Be a yes. And then your no be a, yeah, I don't believe it. We'll see how that happens. I mean, okay. So if

I were to say to some woman that I am I already gave an example of which to answer. No. I'm just I'm just I'm just a little bit con I mean You're confused on righteousness truth I don't know if I'd go as far as saying that. To You're find a loophole where you can be a liar.

As if, like, three years went I'm my way and I don't being a liar. I mean, I'd say in this situate okay. In this situation, at this point in time, I'm willing to give you $2,000 for the eyelid surgery. Three years later, I mean, that's a ridiculous time to wait, first off, second off. $2,000 is a lot of money. $2,000 Well, obviously, if the guys want to just throw 2,000 out of $5,000 Well, maybe he has to save $50 a month for two years. He's trying to save up Well, and do it wasn't saying Ramsey style. He wasn't saying, I'm gonna give you $2,000 in three years to pay for this. He said, I'll give you $2 right now. I guess then. The question is is what what was the permanence of your word?

How long does your word last? Hey, man. I need to borrow $500. Well, great. I'll I'll give it to you if you need it. And then three years later, comes back and says, hey man, where's that $500? You said I could borrow. Say, well, I I spent it. I I didn't hear from you for three years. He says, I need it. You say, I don't have it. I'd give it to you, but I don't have it. I think it yeah, it depends on if your financial situation has changed, or if you've just decided suddenly, No, I don't think so. I don't like you anymore.

I'm mad at you. Seems like you get around that pretty easy, though. Like, if you had $2, but you don't wanna give it to her, you could just go spend it real quick on a savings bond. I purchased a savings bond. I'm gonna go on the side for her $2,000. Yeah. Humanly, wanna say, no. I wouldn't give the $2,000. But, obviously, if it comes into a situation biblically where I am doing something wrong and I am going against the Lord by saying that I'm gonna do something and then three years down the line, her asking for it again, I'm not even in a relationship with her anymore. We don't talk to each other. She's got a new boyfriend, blah, blah, blah.

You're a sucker. No. What I'm saying is You should've stuck with your original answer. No. I'm trying I'm I I would say no myself. But I obviously if I'm wrong about that, I wanna know. You say when she says, I want the $2,000 you promised me, you say, no. I was a fool. I made the mist I made a mistake. I was in sin and even giving you that money. And I'm gonna repent of my sin and not give you any money. I'm a sucker, a fool, an idiot. But that, the tribe of Israelites didn't do that. They could've said That was their mistake. They didn't get back in good standing with Christ. They should've killed them. Ain't that what God asked? When I send you to somewhere to conquer the land, kill them, and take them all. I want them all out so their so their religion does not infiltrate,

your love of me. And you know what they do? Is they don't kill them, and they infiltrate. And then Baal comes around. B2AL. And he infiltrates. That's bad news. And Dagon. I'd like to say Dagon. I think it sounds I thought it was Bael and Dagon, but whatever. Dagon sounds heftier. No. You know my theory on,

why they had God had them, like, kill cattle and everything. Is you ever think that's kinda creepy? It's like, really? You're killing Everybody. The I mean, they wiped the whole place out. Yeah. And the mules and and I think it's because they were diseased because you look at the stuff. Scripture written at that time says not to do beastology and that kind of beastiality, whatever you call it, and that kind of stuff. It's like, I think people were were were, I think they were it was bad meat. Yeah. I mean, they they were, know, social diseases, and they were giving them to the animals and giving them I mean, was just like, just clean the whole thing up. That's just my theory. I have no other than See, I always thought it was because, very similar to the,

the herd of pigs when they took the demons out of Legion. I thought, you know, if they're going around killing everybody, who in in the opposite, on the opposite stance of god, if they're killing everybody who believes in a pagan god, the demons gotta go somewhere. So they gotta kill the cows too. With bang. Could you assume that they were demonic? Of course the pigs were, unclean just because were pigs.

No. The pigs jumped off the thing because they were full of demons. Right. Right. Right. It's in the ESV as well. But pigs themselves are unclean. Mean, pork, you just don't it's unclean. Right. But they didn't just kill all pigs for no reason. Right. Not all the pigs died. Some of us being a disobedient, they were hurting. What were they doing hurting pigs if you can't? Okay, Dan, obviously disagree with my theory. That's fine. No, I'm just trying to think it out loud. We we we already have one Troy. I'm trying to beat your cock. I'm really,

really wondering what I wish I could come to church with me. You should come to my church. Fantastic wordsmith. Dan, the old testament rocker husband. Alright. What was the yeah. What was the secular advice?

Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Hold on. Hold on. I skipped it because I was going on to the next category. Just a second. What were we on? The liquid? The eyelid thing? Yeah. Eyelid one. Excuse me. You need to keep your word. Attitude inserted. No. Maria needs you to keep your word. When she replaced you, your generous offer to pay for her cosmetic surgery ended. So tell her she'll have to arrange for replacement financing or work out a time payment plan with her surgeon.

Sassy, sassy, sassy. Sassy and secular. She's not she's obviously not read the biblical account of the Israelites. I don't know. Just saying probably doesn't know anything about the Israelites. Don't know. Not

you're not apples to apples. I I think I think that's more apples to apples than you're giving. Of course you did. You came up with it. But now but but but but the overall point was, what you're saying is right though, is is is they didn't they made the agreement before God, and then they chose to honor that agreement as opposed to the original godly instruction, was to clear them out. They were in the wrong in two circumstances, and they never righted it. Of course, they were they were tricked. What you but yeah. But what you're trying to say is, is that if you've done something wrong, you can't rectify it because you told somebody otherwise. No. That's what I'm saying. So but you're saying biblically that they should've gone and wiped out that the the folks that they made the agreement with under God, because they didn't honor the the first one. Yes. That's what I'm saying.

I'm saying that you can't that that you should not like, if you agree to do a sin, that doesn't mean that your word is has to uphold the sin. Right. So if I say, I swear by the Lord that I will kill Troy Hingeliger. Yes. I am not obligated to do so. I'm not worried. I would hope you would change your mind. Yes. That was just an example. However I wasn't really saying that. However, Jephthah

promised to god if he won the battle, the first thing that comes out of my house, I will sacrifice. Would it do me? And it was his daughter. It was his daughter. And he and he did it. He did too. He did it. That's rough. I don't know. Well, sorry, honey. I've gotta sacrifice you. Glad to see you. She said it was alright. She agreed to. Well, I didn't do it right away. Oath. Remember she sent her and they they did the mourning, the weeping because she was a virgin. Yeah. With ladies for a while and Alright. What'd they do? Go up there and sing or something? I don't know. I don't know what virgin ladies do in mountains just before they're sacrificed. I have no idea. Alright. Go ahead, Mike. Last one. It it would've been awful. Honey? Loose loose tongue.

Gonna have to kill you now. Well, I I mean, it does highlight though, you don't you don't make promises to the Lord that you don't intend to keep. Yeah. That's true. Yeah. I mean, that's that's serious. That's That's always been difficult one for me. Dear life from the path. I love my grandmother, but she constantly puts my grandpa down even in front of the family. I know some of the harsh words she uses could be resentment built up over the years from past hurts. Still, she talks so rudely to him when we're around. I wonder what she says when they're alone.

Grandma loves her family very much, especially the two of us grandkids. It just hurts that she's so mean to grandpa. Immediately after she insults him, I'll ask her why she did it, but she acts like she has done nothing wrong. I know it must hurt my grandfather to be treated that way so often by the woman he's been married to for more than fifty years. Should I address her about it in private? No. None of your business?

She's a young buck because she has no clue. They have a relationship. That's how their relationship works. Now that I've aged a little bit and I I I saw like Cheryl's grandparents and other older people, kinda live their life, There I I thought the same thing at times. It's like, are you serious? You guys have been married for fifty years. What's wrong with you? That's just their relationship. They loved each other. They would bend over backwards. They do anything for each other. But they just had their cranky little

you know? They would argue and bicker in public and Yeah. Yeah. And just like say things that I would think, I could never say that to my That's true. Especially in public. Like, I like, we, we actually, we, we met our, our couple neighbors and they're, they're older. I think they're probably 70, 75 or whatever. So they'll stop by. And every time the, the dude tries to tell a story, Wayne will start telling a story and Louise will go, oh, oh, Wayne, that's not how it happened either. That is And not how it he'll be like, he had, agent orange. He's like, it's not agent orange.

That's ridiculous. It was Agent Green. Come on. It's, and, and, and it's hilarious to watch him talk. And I thought I w I could never correct my wife in front of somebody. Bicker over the most minor details. It's always happens to like a story of a guy they just met twenty minutes ago. Yeah. You know, the man has somehow completely screwed up the details, and the lady's gotten it right. She will say, oh, that's not it either. And then then they'll talk about it for about ten minutes. And you're sitting there thinking, I don't really care either about not the really that that important to of You know, it's like But still, that is how that's that's how the old folks do Yeah. That's I think that I think it's funny. I don't know if it's good or bad, but I wouldn't I wouldn't confront her and pull her aside, and it's just like Well, it's not gonna do any good. They're seasoned people. They're not good. Yeah. She's obviously been doing it for a long time. Yeah. This has been happening your entire life. I don't know. I would make sure that, I mean, as long as you're taking it for what it is and it's not necessarily changing how you treat grandpa. Exactly. Yeah. You don't jump on the bandwagon. Yeah. Well, right. And and you know, grandpa's not some kind of sad sack. Yeah. He knows how to knows to choose his battles, and he knows which ones are he'll just take, and other ones he'll, you know, say,

no. It was a red shirt. Yeah. It was Agent Orange. Alright. And that was that was it for life from the past. What was the, what was the secular answer? Hold on a minute. I skipped past it. It wasn't good. It was lame. Hold on a minute. Your grandparents' marriage has lasted half a century, so it's safe to assume that they have a fairly strong bond. It's possible that why you what you interpret as insulting is her way of communicating with him, both in public and in private, and that he tuned her out decades ago.

You have already said she appears to think she has done nothing wrong, so unless your grandfather has in some way indicated that it is hurtful to him, my advice is to leave it alone. It works for them in some way. Yeah. It's it's weird how people are. And sometimes their public stuff is not near the stuff that they, you know, that goes on in private. Yeah. And and you assume that, oh, they must have this nasty situation, and your your your situation's perfect, and you're gonna run-in and save the day. Yeah. Maybe they just got rid of that trumped up crap that you've been trying to pull off for the last thirty years. You know what I'm saying? Like, like, like you're you wanna try to portray that you have a perfect marriage, and you guys don't battle on this and this, and they get to be married for fifty years and like, whatever. Know, You we'll bicker in public all we want to. We're we're not getting a divorce. It'll be our last day. We don't have to do anything. What you clucking about, you old hen?

You like that, Troy? You think I can pull it off with my lady? No. I wouldn't recommend. Oh, for heaven's sake. So anyway, you've been listening to Live From The Path on livefromthepath.org.

Our host has taken some kind of sabbatical break reading the chat, and has decided not to sanctify his duties as he goes through. You guys were looking at something. I yeah. I assumed it was a cool That's Dana and I's job is to look at things. Your your job is to host a show. Was listening to Live From The Path. Hey. If you didn't catch it from earlier, Supernaw was in the studio. I mean, and they rocked They were good. They rocked something fierce. I was pleasantly surprised. Legitimate venue. They keep me and said, it's a What's all this stuff in the hallway? So they're so they're putting together some sort of tour, right? And and generally what bands will do is they, well, you know, we're we're in Denver, we're going to Chicago, and we got like five days in there. Show me all the venues

in Iowa, so that we can book something in there to kinda fill in the tour. And we came up. And so he sent me an email and said, look, we like to come on the show. And I gave the standard warning. I said, well, I don't know much about you, but you're more than welcome on. I need to give you a heads up. It's a Jesus show. So if that makes you uncomfortable at all, you know, fair enough. But he said, nope. Nope. We're good. I wanna come on. So they did. Yeah. And wanna come back. And they wanna come back. Left They said you guys were fun. I know. We gave them the special I'm actually kinda quiet in the corner. We gave them the special water from the fridge. Yeah. Here. I'm saying, I was astonished. Don't mind that the seal's broken. It'll be fine. We got them all straightened out. But anyway, make sure you go to go to Facebook and, check out, Super Gnaw. If you if you go to our Facebook page and you look for our likes, they'll be under our likes. You can also go to reverbation.com and search for Supernaw.

It's s u p e r n a w, and they will be they'll be out there. Check them out. Download their stuff. Dave from the chat's checked it out. He's done some downloads, said stuff turns sounds pretty good. I'll get the cuts from tonight up on the YouTube, hopefully tonight or tomorrow. Probably tomorrow. Yeah. Definitely. Super awesome. Yeah, they were great. They did a great job. So next week coming up, we'll be talking to j j. He's a hip hop artist from a local hip hop artist. He was the guy that was planking on the We're gonna talk to him about that planking. I don't get it. It seems ridiculous. You know, I did not see that I'm gonna try and get a picture of plank me planking this week. Cool. How are you gonna take it if you're planking? Obviously, I'm not gonna be the one taking You the need ten seconds, right? I

don't I don't think that made it on our Facebook page. I thought it was on our Facebook page. No, it's on there. Oh, is it? Yeah, yeah. If you look on our Spirit Midwest photos, there's a there's a photo of him planking on Saved On Sunday. Okay. Good. We don't have enough room for him to plank in the studio, so we're gonna have to come up with something different. We gotta get that Blippi sign up and rolling. That's that's a good question. Can you love Jesus and be a professional planker? Can you be a planker? I don't know. Can you plank for Jesus? I'm not sure. Saw the Blippi signs. What's up with us. Yeah. Awesome. They were giving away slash throwing away. They're a new sponsor. Yeah. That's awesome. You know what know? It's one of Blippi. No. We could use some Where are going up at? We can't do business with Roloff until we get a sponsor. We need to call Blippi's

still around. Also, also, next week, we're gonna talk about, this I don't know, this is gonna be an interesting one. We're gonna talk about vices. Vices? Yeah, we're gonna talk about vices. Vices for hips. Yes. Yes. Put your head in the vice. Miami vices. And we're gonna talk about,

what is permissible, what is honorable, and how you make the distinction. We're talking things like, like drinking, smoking, things like that. We're gonna talk about what, What is permissible, but not necessarily all things are permissible, but not beneficial?

Yeah. Old style. And and here's the deal. Here's what we don't wanna wake walk away with. We do not wanna walk away with, hey man, that seemed reasonable. We wanna walk with, that seemed biblical. Is popcorn okay? I we'll talk about it. You gotta hold onto it, Dan. We'll see we'll look at your behavior this week. I just had three quarters of a can of Diet Cherry seven Up antioxidant with two stars on That's not a man living for Jesus. I grabbed Diet Pop instead of the regular.

What's wrong with it's because it was in front. That's why you grabbed it. There was a lot more of it, and I thought there was more Mountain Dews left, and I thought I can totally deal with just drinking a diet so that you guys don't have to go buy more Mountain Dew. I guess fair. So, anyway, so next week, if you have a vice, bring it with you. Wait, is is We'll pass judgment on it. Plank Man coming next week then? Yes. Yeah, he's in next week. Okay. Then And he's a rapper, right? Uh-huh. And then possibly,

the Andersons in the next couple weeks? Yeah. So so Jess Anderson, like we talked about last week, you can catch her. They're doing a a pre release. You can go to there's a link to her on her YouTube video that we put out of her Not What I Thought. Fireflies. Not What I Thought at the at the Spirit Midwest Festival. And there's a link in my comments that I put in there to her, where you can get her pre release CD, called Not What I Thought. And that's coming out, I think the third week of second week of September, maybe. Did we try to get one because we're, quasi legitimate radio? I thought we just asked them. They're gonna they're gonna come in the studio sometime the week of the twenty fifth. Hopefully, we can have them live. We're gonna try to get them here on Monday night, but they're getting pretty busy. Yeah. He's fairly popular. That's pretty cool. Yeah. So if we can't get them live We really we really made them. Yeah. Look the guys that could show up here every week. The unpopular fellas could make it ten to midnight. Just Anderson can maybe make it on Monday. It's possible. It's not looking good. So what we're gonna do is if we can't if you can't make it on Monday, we're gonna try to set up some interview time sometime during the week, and we'll come in and we'll do it. And then we'll play it for you on Monday, so you can take a listen to it. You can also find her new single Fireflies. That's out on YouTube.

That's good. That's been playing on some of our pre show stuff, so It it kinda just kinda the the more I hear it, the more like, I like this. Yeah. I I I thought that the first time I heard it, but sometimes, you know, you hear something. Yeah, that's nice. I I have to hear almost everything, like, three or four times. I I I don't like much on the first time. Like, that's alright. Mhmm. That could be alright. That's generally how I am, but I I thought it was a nice song. Yeah. Yeah. So anyway, lots of lots of cool stuff. And make sure you catch up with some of our other bands.

Saved on Sunday, I think they've they've got some gigs going up. You can check them out on Facebook. Syndrome of Fire, I think, is in the middle of kinda re getting some stuff tooled together, and they're gonna be heading back out. So make sure you keep an eye out for gigs from them. They got some stuff coming up too. So, definitely, I we're heading out of the summer season into the fall. I I don't I I would ask that you go out and take a look at some of the some of the bands we've had on, some of the local Christian acts, and just see what they're up to the next two or three months, and make an effort to go out and check them out, provide some support. It's a tough it's a tough,

type of music to get support. I mean, we've been to a few things Mhmm. And and those guys put their heart into it, even if there's not very many folks there. And and I don't know, there probably should be. Right. I I saw Sanctified out at the fair this past week. Mean, know that several of our bands were out there. Man, they were good. Yeah. They are they are good. You know the thing about almost every band that we talk to is they always say, If it just reaches one person for Jesus, that was good enough. That's what we wanted. Yeah. And so, I I mean, that's an attitude to have. They're rocking for the right reasons, Oh, and it's kinda interesting. I was gonna say cool, I shouldn't say cool, you know, they're in a secular setting, so when you, you know, people walk around and and then they're like, it hits them. Wait a minute. You know, they're doing Jesus stuff. Right. Know what I Here's some darkness, man. One family kinda got up and like took their beer and said, we're out of here. We're going to another place, you know? But they hung out for a while and They just were real I was just really Where's Georgia satellites? Their beer.

Take your beer and get out of here. What did you want her to be so disgusting with the Jesus music, left the beer? Take that vice and go. I don't need this $7 beer. Out of here.
