Jeff performs 'Race' (Hebrews 12)
At the hosts' request Jeff plays another tune. He reads Hebrews 12:1-2 aloud ('since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses... let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us'), then performs his song 'Race,' written from Paul's race metaphor, which his church sings in worship. The hosts call it catchy; a host jokes it was written in the shower.

Self-help Jesus and the wave problem
- Why do believers cycle through self-help-style Jesus fads instead of lasting growth?
The hosts move to the second topic: 'self help Jesus' content on social media — spirituality coded with affirmations that God loves you but really centered on self-improvement, arriving in waves like fad diets.
