Mike splits anxiety into two buckets: genuine chemical imbalances needing guidance, and retrainable expectations — 'I am owed a 70 degree house... a car that runs.' What's actually guaranteed is 'grace and love and acceptance in the kingdom through no merit of your own'; everything else is an expectation you set up.
