Revivals, Invitations, and River Baptisms
This trip was heavier on evangelism: every revival sermon closed with an old-school invitation, people poured forward at every service, and after two sermons the team was swept a quarter mile down to a river — past crocodile country between Chicheche and Zangudza — where thirteen people were baptized and more kept deciding. Dan sat the baptizing out, not wanting to be the 'I was baptized by Paul' guy.
