500th episode listener-video ask and comedy riffs

The hosts ask listeners to send video or text feedback celebrating the upcoming 500th episode of the show for a commemorative video, via the complaint line (call or text) or email. The ask spins into comedy: a call-center birthday-cake story where the trainer had to fire the man hours later, and an extended nose-hair-selling riff about 'Mervyn's organic nose hair stand' with a pet possum.
