Jeff Arendelle performs "You Let Me Go" and discusses co-writing

Jeff Arendelle performs his song "You Let Me Go" (seg-00076 to seg-00125), co-written with Nashville songwriter Matt Marinczek and based on the prodigal son in Luke 15 (seg-00067 to seg-00069). Jeff describes the co-writing process: he brought about two-thirds of the song and Marinczek added discipline on meter, rhyme, and story (seg-00129 to seg-00147). He mentions his upcoming EP "Jesus Guy," recorded in part at Soul Sound Studios on Nashville's Music Row with A&R help from Art Ward, plus local co-writing with Micah Smith (seg-00134 to seg-00156). The hosts rib him about delaying the EP over the cover photoshoot (seg-00162 to seg-00168).
