Lifted performance and the Methuselah song payoff

Candy for Nichols performs 'Lifted', a brand-new original about denial, brokenness, and being lifted up, quoting 'Amazing Grace' mid-song. Mike then performs his on-the-spot composition, 'Methuselah Went to Nineveh and God Smote Him' ('that's not really true, but I don't care'), earning the five dollars and a promise it will be a hidden track on the band's album.
