Christianity is local

Extending the nuance point: some homeless people want to be homeless and shouldn't be funded; others are trapped by fines they can't pay after prison -- and they look identical, which is why broad-brush government programs can't do it well. Christianity is a local deal: shaking hands, sharing dinner, praying face to face. Trying to police a man states away introduces risks that don't exist locally.
