Boova's Pope style: testimony, evangelism, and Fox's Book of Martyrs
- How should we talk to people about Jesus?
Boova's recorded 'Pope style' advice message from Pittsburgh, where he opens 'Hey, everybody. It's John Bubba here.' Now married, he answers the question of how to talk to people about Jesus: not with rehearsed tracts like the million-dollar bill, but through real relationship and lived boldness. Reading Fox's Book of Martyrs, he recounts the apostles and Polycarp — who, facing the stake, said God never forsook him in eighty-six years, so why would he forsake God now — and argues the martyrs' joyful boldness converted onlookers. He closes with 'Get off my lawn.'
