Doctrine over reason and hierarchy over equality

On doctrine over reason, the hosts argue the two are not at odds: throw out everything unreasonable and you are left with an optimistic man who died young; scripture was recorded by people whose lives reflected that they believed it, and a miracle remains the most reasonable explanation for the healed beggar. On hierarchy over equality, a pastor should feel burdened not kingly; hierarchy by responsibility is fine, hierarchy as thrones is not, with a comedic detour about who orders the Filet-O-Fish at McDonald's.
