Christian Clickbait: A Message From God to Ric Flair
The host riffs on a Christian Post opinion piece, 'a message from God to Ric Flair,' reading it aloud as an example of Christian clickbait: an anonymous 'I heard from the Lord' letter to a 73-year-old wrestler coming out of retirement. The room trades wrestling memories, Nathaniel confesses his wrestling fandom on camera, and a Billy Graham aside praises how Graham used mass evangelism without feeling skeezy. The verdict: what the article says isn't untrue, but it feels written for the author's platform, not for Ric Flair.
