AI in Bible translation and the spam-texter evangelist
A host mentions AI being used to translate Scripture into scarce languages, with jokes about pastors having sermons written by AI. Another host shares a story from a church visit: a man's friend received spam from a man in India and replied 'Jesus loves you,' and over two or three weeks the stranger professed faith and began studying the Bible with him. The host reflects on how many ordinary moments he holds back from God — 'is every moment possibly holy?' — rather than staying open to God using them.
