The hosts respond that the husband has been checked out since before the marriage, that her own identity vetting matters more than the new romance, and that Jesus plus a church community is the only real road to healing, with both parents sacrificing for the children's stability. The Secular answer (read on air) advises talking to an attorney and offering one more round of counseling.
