The church's one unbeatable offering is Jesus
Ben argues the only thing the church can offer that is not available anywhere else is Jesus: stripper acts, sword swallowers, and pole performers are available everywhere, so if the main focus of a church event is not Jesus it is just a cut-rate performance someone else does better. The same applies to children's ministry: Bluey is fine and Keepy Uppy is entertaining, but if Jesus is not the priority at Sunday school, the church is failing the kids. Men at these events want to be refined and changed by a straight word, not entertained.
